Upholding Autonomy, Security, and Compliance in Research and Education The Gordon Institute of Artificial Intelligence (GIAI) operates a self-managed digital infrastructure spanning Europe and Asia.Our systems are designed to guarantee long-term data sovereignty, privacy compliance, and institutional independence, ensuring that GIAI’s research, education, and community services remain secure, interoperable, and sustainable across jurisdictions. 

GIAI Korea Inc.(이하 “회사”라 함)는 청소년을 유해환경으로부터 보호하고, 청소년이 건전한 인격체로 성장할 수 있도록 최대한 진력하기 위해 ‘정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호에 관한 법률’ 및 ‘청소년 보호법’, ‘신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령’에 근거하여 청소년 보호정책을 수립, 시행하고 있다. “회사”는 19세미만의 청소년들이 유해정보에 접근할 수 없도록 음란, 불법 등의 유해정보와 비윤리적, 반사회적 행위에 대해서 엄격히 제재하고 있고, 실현하기 위해 다음과 같이 활동하고 있다. 제1조. 유해정보에 대한 청소년접근제한 및 관리조치청소년이 아무런 제한장치 없이 청소년 유해정보에 노출되지 않도록 청소년 유해매체물에 대해서는 별도의 인증장치를 마련하여 적용하며, 성인 인증장치가 마련된 서비스에 대해서는 이용범위를 제한하게 하는 등 체계적인 관리를 하고 있다.
